Real Crop Image at realcropimage.com (the "Site") is a free, browser-based tool for cropping and resizing images. The editor runs on your device; images are processed locally and are not uploaded to us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for personal and commercial purposes, free of charge. You agree not to:
- use the Site for anything unlawful, or to create or edit content that infringes someone else's rights;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the servers that host it;
- copy, resell or republish the Site itself, or present it as your own product.
3. Your images and your responsibility
You keep all rights to the images you open and the files you export. Because we never receive your images, you are solely responsible for having the right to use and edit them, and for how you use the results.
Presets such as passport, visa and print sizes are provided for convenience. Official requirements vary and change, so always check the current rules of the authority or platform you are submitting to. We are not responsible if a cropped photo is rejected.
4. Our content
The Site's design, code, text, logo and name belong to Real Crop Image. These terms do not give you any right to use them other than to use the Site as intended.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or work with every browser, device or file. Keep a copy of your original images.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Crop Image is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Changes
We may update the Site or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
